-(으)ㄹ 수 있다 expresses ability or possibility - 'can'. Its negative, -(으)ㄹ 수 없다, means 'cannot'. The 수 here is a bound noun meaning 'way' or 'means'. Key patterns: Stem ending in a vowel + ㄹ 수 있어요; Stem ending in a consonant + 을 수 있어요; Stem + (으)ㄹ 수 없어요.

바빠서 올 수 없어요.. 오다 has a vowel stem, so ㄹ 수 없어요, giving 올 수 없어요, 'cannot come'.

운전할 줄 알아요?. 할 줄 알다 means knowing how to do something you have learned. To ask about a skill: 운전할 줄 알아요?

을 수. 읽다: the stem ends in a consonant, so 을 수 있다: 읽을 수 있어요. (줄 goes with 알다, not 있다.) The sentence means "I can read Hangeul."

만들. 만들다: a stem ending in ㄹ stays as it is, with no added 을: 만들 수 있어요. The sentence means "I can make kimchi."
Options: 못 있어요 · 아니에요 · 안 있어요 · 없어요
없어요. "Cannot" is verb + (으)ㄹ 수 없어요. 수 안 있어요 and 수 못 있어요 are not used. The sentence means "I have a lot of work today, so I cannot leave early."

들을. 듣다 is ㄷ-irregular: ㄷ becomes ㄹ before a vowel, giving 들을 수 없어요. The sentence means "The music is too quiet, so I cannot hear it well."

을. 찍다: the stem ends in the consonant ㄱ, so 을 수 있다: 찍을 수 있어요? The sentence means "Can I take photos here?"
Options: 것 · 수 · 적 · 줄
줄. Knowing how to do something is verb + (으)ㄹ 줄 알다. 수 goes with 있다/없다, not 알다. The sentence means "I know how to swim."

Options: 어제 친구를 만나을 수 없었어요. · 어제 친구를 만날 수 안 있었어요. · 어제 친구를 만날 수 없어었어요. · 어제 친구를 만날 수 없었어요.
어제 친구를 만날 수 없었어요.. The past of 수 없다 is 수 없었어요 (the tense goes on 없다), and 만나다 becomes 만날. The sentence means "I could not meet my friend yesterday."
